Over the entirety of my internship I have been creating video content for SIE@FSU. From the very start it has had its ups and downs. However, I always knew it was something that I would value. From coming up with pre-production plans that social impact organizations could use to determine the direction of their videos. To running with all my equipment in the drizzling rain to film a 30 minute interview. This has been an experience I will not forget. This internship has taught me how to manage my time more efficiently, get a taste of what it is like to be a professional, and what it is like to collaborate with a team on projects. It has not only given me more hands on experience with digital media, but has also allowed me to have the freedom to create, which I am very grateful for.
Going forward for the remainder of my internship, I will be creating online editing workshops, which are available to whoever is interested in learning more about the Adobe Creative Cloud. This is something that will still benefit me because, hosting workshops is something that I want to do in the future. I want to give back to my community and help those who are interested in learning digital media as a tool to reach their goals or create. So even though, I did not get to create all the videos that I planned to. I am still not sad about what the direction of my internship was turned into.
